Steps to Buying

Buying a home can be a daunting process. Especially if it is your first time. At KINGSTONhomes4u we make this as easy as possible and this is how!

  • First we do a full assessment.

    • Get you approved. We have great lenders that are comfortable in working with all financial situations and we can submit pre-approvals right in our office.

    • Wants and needs. We then consult with you on what you’re looking for in a home based on needs, wants and affordability.

    • Special offers. For economic growth the government sometimes offers special programs for home ownership, we find out what they are and if you qualify.

  • What’s available

    • Here come the houses. After you have been set up on our home finder system, it will send all the currently available properties right to your inbox based on your criteria.

    • Let’s start looking. We also set up personal tours of properties that fit your needs (pictures can be deceiving).

  • I found the one

    • This is the one for me. After you have found a few properties that you could see yourself owning, we then establish market value based on other similar properties that have sold so you never go into an offer blind.

    • Let’s get down to business. We work for you and tailor our offers with your best interest in mind but in any negotiation process there is always a little give and take.

  • Now what

    • It’s a deal. After we have reached an agreement we pretty much take care of everything else, including finalizing any conditions like home inspection and financing.

    • I have questions. The important part about being a realtor is educating our clients and answering any question you may have and addressing any issues to make the whole process as comfortable as possible.

  • You are a home owner

    • Congratulations! It's moving day and we at KINGSTONhomes4u are delicate little butterflies so helping you move is completely out of the question, however we are always around to assist you or your friends and family with any other questions you may have.
